My work is all about listening to your body—whether through Rolfing in Sacramento or standalone Somatic Experiencing—and giving it what it needs to thrive.
My approach is shaped by advanced training with masters like Ron Murray, whose osteopathic vision sharpened my precision, and Michael Salveson, a direct student of Ida Rolf, who taught me to sculpt fascia with intuitive brilliance. Drawing from Ron Murray’s holistic insight and Michael Salveson’s mastery (who trained directly with Ida Rolf), I build strength and ease that lasts—so you can live or play without limits.

Healing Beyond the Body with Somatic Experiencing
When the hurt runs deeper than physical, I offer standalone Somatic Experiencing to release stress and trauma through your body’s own wisdom. With gentle care—and sometimes light touch—I guide your nervous system to calm, addressing wounds Rolfing alone can’t reach. It’s a distinct path to peace, tailored to you.
